Distinguished Students of Summer 2011: Hadley & Elodie Griffin-Schmidt

Posted by: NCMACC on: October 14, 2011

Elodie: I want to be a scientist, a wrangler, a police officer, a clown, a teacher. I want to be a lot of things.

Hadley: I want to be a wrangler, a scientist, a police officer, and a teacher. Not a clown.

We’re both athletic and love soccer.

The advice we’d give ourselves, if we could travel back a bit in time is that it’s important to be brave (Hadley) and also to practice.

The sounds of music can make you feel joyful or like you want to meditate.

I think of the color black when I think about music because I think about the notes (Hadley). I think about the color violet because it flows like music. (Elodie)

The events that stand out most about our experience at NCMACC are: my first performance (Elodie) and when I finished my first music book (Hadley)

Our favorite songs to play are Star Wars (Hadley) and When the Saints (Elodie).

We are twins and we are seven.
